Some projects that were funded at taxpayer funded universities in the U.S. have their patented designs “in development,” but given this tough economy, I’m afraid that many of the most useful won’t emerge into commercial deployment before they’re obsolete.
They might as well be on the Moon, or maybe walkin’ on the Sun.
